How it works

  • We start by collecting some basic business information to fill your site out, which we’ll collect from you over the phone
  • Once we’ve got this, we’ll email through a template for you to add your product information to
  • We’ll also send through a WeTransfer link for you to send your completed products spreadsheet and product images through
  • If you have an existing retail EPOS system, you can send us through an exported CSV to save time!
  • We’ll begin building your website and populating your products based on your chosen theme and the information you’ve provided
  • Once we’ve completed the site, we’ll be in touch to discuss your chosen payment provider. You’ll find comparisons and signup processes on our Payment Providers page – we recommend Stripe
  • We’ll integrate your payment processing account onto your store and launch your site, ready for you to shout about to your customers on social media, through advertising and even in-store!
